4-Make a commitment to be kind- when we make a commitment to be kind to ourselves and to others we can experience new heights of joy, happiness and enthusiasm for our lives.
5-Pause now -Pause now and then to smell a rose or listen any chanting or watch kids at play
6-Avoid Comparisons -Instead of comparing ourselves to others, focusing on our own personal achievement leads to greater satisfaction
7-Get excited- get exicted ,believe you will achieve happiness.Refuse to give negative thoughts.
